The Richard D. Tenenini Foundation
Assisting Individuals & Families in the hope that all people with psychiatric disabilities will be given the support they need to recover.

This Foundation, established lovingly by the family, friends, and admirers of Rick Tenenini, celebrates Rick's values and hope that all people with psychiatric disabilities will be given the supports they need to recover. Funds raised by the Foundation will aid and assist members in the Albany County New York community with psychiatric disabilities and will provide support to families with children with psychiatric disabilities. The long range goal and hope is to expand funding support to other Capital District communities and perhaps statewide. Tax deductible contributions to this 501(c)3 Foundation will enable us to attain these goals.

First year recovery based supports may include:

  • Paying for some college costs, or trade / vocational schooling for children with psychiatric disabilities who are transitioning into a new phase in their life. Funds could be used to help pay for books, supplies, school fees, transportation, meals, room & board, etc.

  • Purchase and provide holiday gifts to children who receive or whose family receives behavioral health services from a local provider of mental health services.
